Refund Policy
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited revision policy. If we fail to meet expectations, you may request a refund as per the schedule below:
- Before initial delivery: Full refund (minus 10% service fee)
- Within 48 hours: 66% refund (minus 10%)
- 48–120 hours: 33% refund (minus 10%)
- After 120 hours: No refunds
Refunds must be requested within 5 days of receiving initial designs. No response for 14 days results in project archiving and a $300 reactivation fee.
All refund requests are handled case-by-case by our support department. Once refunded, Digitaurus owns the rights to the design work. You may no longer use or claim any part of it.

We’ll attempt to resolve issues first, then proceed with a refund if needed. Upon refund, design rights are transferred to Digitaurus.
